📋 Help Calendar — Schedule Notes
These notes appear at the top of the Help Calendar page. Use them to share upcoming treatment dates, preferred help days, good/bad energy days, or anything else volunteers should know.
💉 Chemo Days

Mark treatment days on the calendar. These dates are highlighted pink for visitors but do not block help signups — people can still sign up to help on those days.

🍽️ Hot Meal Delivery Days

Designate specific days for Hot Meal Delivery only. On these days the calendar will only allow Hot Meal Delivery sign-ups. Optionally set a preferred delivery time.

Display Leann's full treatment journey on the home page. Add one row per phase (e.g. Round 1 Chemo, Round 2 Infusions, Round 3 Surgery, Round 4 Maintenance). Set Total to 0 for milestone phases with no session count.
